I am author of the Book 'The ID37 personality assessment'. The book thoroughly introduces the underlying psychology, the scientific model behind ID37 as well as its practical application.
For more than 15 years I have pioneered the application of personality diagnostics in organizations and the consulting industry. As one of the partners of LUXXunited GmbH I have co-developed the LUXXprofile in 2017. Before that, I was Managing Partner of Reiss Profile Germany GmbH and responsible for the successful distribution of this US-American personality diagnostics tool in Europe. I am one of the most experienced users and trainers in this field.
Based on my expertise in personality, motivation and behavior I offer consulting services for managers and teams in order to support their development.
Trained as a mathematician, I used to be managing director and member of the board in IT, telecoms and media companies and also worked in the consulting industry. As member of the board of VICTRESS Initiative e. V. – Excellence Knows No Gender – I actively support gender equality.
